Bamboo Tablet Driver Download

I just purchased a Wacom pen & touch tablet, but my computer refuses to install a current driver. I downloaded the most current version from the Wacom website and installed it, but when I plug in the tablet my computer can't find the driver for it and starts search for one to download, which it does, but it is an old version. The current version is Windows - Driver 6.3.11-4a (XP, Vista, Win 7 and Win 8) dated March 2, 2015, but the driver that installs is version 3.3.1.0 and the driver date is 10-25-2014. The tablet has severe lag issues in Adobe Lightroom with this driver, and I have been unable to fix this problem. I have tried going to the device manager and selecting my tablet, then going to properties and finding the driver version, and then tried to update the driver from the there, but it says the driver is up to date. I also tried to manually install the driver I downloaded from Wacom's website from this window by choosing to update the driver, then choosing to search my computer for it and going to when the driver is (my desktop), but it says there is no driver located there. I contacted Wacom about it, and they told me to uninstall the tablet. then install the driver, then plug in my tablet, but that didn't work either.
